Torcap Codla G Date Coding Long Bag Sealing Machine

Sonkaya Torcap Kodla G is an ideal sealing machine for horizontal and long bags such as phyllo bags and gusseted long coffee bags, phyllo bags thanks to its wide conveyor. This machine has the power to seal all types of bags and with its date coding feature, it can quickly perform two functions at once, greatly speeding up your production.

Features:

• Bag Sealing The bags are sealed in a 4-stage process. In the first stage, the bags are picked up by the conveyor and sealed with heating jaws that are 12 mm wide and adjustable up to 300 degrees. Teflon tapesallows high temperature sealing without damaging the bags.
• Sudden Cooling In the second stage, the bags are rapidly cooled using cooling blocks at the bottom and top.
• Full Adhesion In the third stage, the cooled bag mouth is pressed between the metal ball and rubber rollers to ensure full adhesion.
• Date Coding: In the fourth stage, ink is taken from the ink cannon to the date coding plate with a capacity of 3 lines and the desired date is automatically coded on the pouch opening. This process makes the use of a date coding machine unnecessary.
