Torcap Kodla D Automatic Bag Sealing Machine with Date Printer

Sonkaya Torcap Kodla D is a conveyorized vertical bag sealing machine made of stainless steel with a date coding capacity of up to 4 lines. This machine, which has the power to close all kinds of bags, also accelerates your production by performing the date coding function and fulfills the task of two machines alone.

Our machine seals and date codes your bags in 4 steps:

1. Heating Phase: The bag is taken from the right side of the conveyor and sealed with 12 mm wide heating jaws at the top and bottom, which can be adjusted up to 400 degrees. Thanks to Teflon bands, the heating jaws do not damage the bag.
2. Cooling Phase: Exiting the heating jaws, the bag passes through top and bottom cooling blocks that provide immediate cooling.
3. Pressing Stage: The cooled bag mouth is pressed between the metal ball and rubber rollers to ensure full adhesion.
4. Coding Phase: The ink from the ink cannon is transferred to the date coding plate with a capacity of 4 lines and automatically encodes the desired date on the pouch opening. This process eliminates the need to use a date coding machine.

All these operations are performed automatically in just one or two seconds, depending on the conveyor speed, and require no manual intervention.
