Torcap Coding Date Coding Conveyor Bag Sealing Machine

Sonkaya Torcap Coding Bag Closing Machine with Date Coding Conveyor is made of stainless steel and has the power to close all kinds of bags and at the same time, it offers the function of two machines together with its date coding feature. In this way, it significantly speeds up your production.

Our machine seals your bags in 4 steps and encodes up to 4 lines of date. The process steps are as follows:

1. Heating The bag is taken from the right side of the conveyor and sealed by the upper and lower heating jaws at a width of 12 mm and at a high temperature adjustable up to 300 degrees. Thanks to Teflon bands, the heating jaws do not damage the bag.
2. Cooling After heating, the upper and lower cooling blocks provide instant cooling.
3. Pressing: The cooled bag mouth passes between the metal ball and the rubber rollers, ensuring perfect adhesion.
4. Coding Date coding cliché MURTO solid ink ball The ink is taken and the desired date is automatically coded on the mouth of the bag, so there is no need to use a separate date coding machine.

All these 4 steps are completed automatically in just one or two seconds depending on the conveyor speed, no manual intervention is required.
