• Three Stage Closure Process:
  • Heating When the bag is picked up from the right side of the conveyor, it is sealed at a high temperature adjustable up to 300 degrees with 12 mm wide heating jaws at the top and bottom. Teflon tapes, prevents heating jaws from damaging the bag.
  • Cooling After heating, top and bottom cooling blocks provide instant cooling.
  • Pressing: The cooled bag passes between the metal ball and rubber rollers, ensuring full adhesion.
• Fast and Automated Processing: All this happens automatically in just a second or two, depending on the conveyor speed, with no manual intervention required.
