SMAPY300D Vertical Bag Sealing Machine with Conveyor
Sonkaya SMAPY300D is specially designed as a vertical pouch sealing machine and is an effective solution especially for sealing packages containing liquid or powder. It quickly and reliably seals a wide range of pouches from nylon bags to metalized bags to ziplock bags, ensuring long shelf life. The machine's conveyor speeds up to 12 meters per hour, significantly increasing your production efficiency.
Features:
- Bag Sealing The bags are sealed in 3 stages. In the first stage, the bags taken by the conveyor are sealed with 12 mm wide heating jaws at a high temperature adjustable up to 300 degrees. Teflon tapes perform the sealing process without damaging the bags.
- Sudden Cooling In the second stage, the bags are rapidly cooled using cooling blocks at the bottom and top.
- Full Adhesion In the third stage, the cooled bag mouth is pressed between the metal ball and rubber rollers to ensure full adhesion.
