Torcap Eco Automatic Bag Sealing Machine: Economic Solution
Sonkaya Torcap Eco Automatic Bag Sealing Machine, automatic and economic is a bag sealing solution. Made of stainless steel, it quickly and effectively seals nylon, metalized, ziplock and various other bags. With its 12 meters/minute banding capacity, it significantly speeds up your production and ensures long shelf life.
Our machine seals your bags in 3 stages:
- Heating The bag taken from the right side of the conveyor is sealed with the upper and lower heating jaws at a width of 12 mm and at a high temperature adjustable up to 300 degrees. Teflon tapes the heating jaws do not damage the bags.
- Cooling After heating, the upper and lower cooling blocks provide instant cooling.
- Pressing: The cooled bag mouth passes between the metal ball and rubber rollers, ensuring perfect adhesion.
These 3 steps are completed automatically in just a second or two, depending on the conveyor speed; your bags are sealed without the need for manual intervention.
